About Me

Chris Forsey RI, SGFA

I began my art career as an illustrator in a publishers studio after studying Graphics in Bristol. I am a self taught painter in watercolour, acrylics and mixed-media and am constantly trying to extend and add to my skills in all water-based painting media. I am an elected member of The Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolours (RI) and The Society of Graphic Fine Artists (SGFA). I am also a tutor of painting and run holidays and courses in the UK and abroad. I also give lively and informative demonstrations of my painting approach to Societies and Art Groups.
